We've been big fans of this track since hearing it on 1Xtra a few weeks back.
Bradford's Melissa Steel is a very ace singer and, having heard several tracks, we are co-signing her amazing Dancehall-tinged Pop/ R&B vybz. Looks like Dancehall is having a lovely resurgence this Summer.
The 20 year-old, whose mother is Jamaican, went to Kingston to shoot the video with our New Current Obsession, Popcaan.
“He took me out with all of his friends and we basically partied all night and the next day," laughs Steel f working with Popcaan. "We went to two parties, then for food and then to the beach; I got in at 5.30pm the next day. It was great though because it made shooting the video really fun and relaxed.”
